Joki ICT Oy hankkii käyttöönsä keskitetyn laitehallinnan järjestelmän seuraavan vaatimusmäärittelyn perusteella. Kilpailutus on julkaistu HILMA-järjestelmässä.

Erityisiä ohjeita kommenttikentän käyttöön ei ole annettu. Mitä enemmän tietoa kommenttikenttiin kirjoitetaan, sitä helpompi valinta on tehdä. Kommenteilla on siis merkitystä arvioitaessa tarjottavia järjestelmiä, vaikka kenttien täyttö ei olekaan pakollista.
Valitun tarjoajan on pystyttävä järjestämään pyydettäessä referenssiasiakkaan esittely toimittajan valinnan jälkeen.
Jos voittava tarjoaja ei täytä vaatimusmäärittelyn mukaisia ehtoja, valitaan voittavaksi tarjoaksi seuraavaksi paras toimittaja hinta/laatusuhteen mukaan.
Tarjoukset pyydetään lähettämään sähköisesti osoitteeseen jukka.heinovirta@jict.fi tai mahdollisesti jonkin tiedostojakelupalvelun kautta.

1. Onko tarjouksessa käytettävä jotakin tiettyä pohjaa tai lomaketta vai voidaanko käyttää tarjoajan omaa pohjaa?
- Tarjoajan oma pohja käy hyvin.
2. Halutaanko tarjous vaatimusmäärittelyn yhteydessä vai otetaanko tarjoukset vastaan seuraavassa vaiheessa?
- Tarjoukset halutaan vaatimusmäärittelyn yhteydessä. Kilpailutuksen päätyttyä tarjouksia ei oteta enää vastaan.
3. Kuinka monesta laitteesta tarjous halutaan?
- Laitteiden tarkka määrä on avoin. Arvioinnissa käytettävä karkea arvio on 3200 hallinnon mobiililaitetta, 1600 oppilaitosten mobiililaitetta ja 3200 työasemaa.
Kilpailutus on päättynyt. Päätös hankinnasta on tehty 15.10. Järjestelmän toimittajaksi valittiin Miradore Oy. Päätöksen valitusaika käynnistyi päätöspäivänä ja on hankintalain mukainen. Päätöksestä on tiedotettu tarjouksien jättäneille.

Joki ICT Oy is purchasing a centralised device management system defined in the attached requirements document. The tendering documents are published in the Finnish national tendering offer system HILMA.
Requirements document in English:
There are no specific instructions about filling the comment field. The more information is provided, the easier the winning offer is to choose.The comments are relevant when eveluating the systems, although commenting is not obligatory.
The chosen supplier has to be able to provide the reference customer demonstration after the decision is made.
If the winning offer does not fulfill the requirements mentioned in the requirements document, the next best offer is chosen based on the price-quality ratio.

Questions and answers:
1. Is there a document template or form for the actual tender? Is the standard tender form of the supplier accepted?
- There is no template. The standard form of the tender is quite ok.
2. Is the actual tender required with the requirements document?
- The actual tenders are required with the completed requirements document. After the deadline no tenders are accepted.
3. What is the number of devices required for the tender?
- There is no accurate amount of devices. The rough estimate of amounts used in evaluation of the tenders are 3200 administrative mobile devices, 1600 educational mobile devices and 3200 workstations.
The tendering process has ended. The purchasing decision has been made on the 15th of October. The chosen supplier is Miradore Oy. The appeal period has started on the date of the decision. All the suppliers have been informed about the decision.
